Ingredients

- Tunas Sour Cherry Jam
- 500 g flour
- A finger too much granulated sugar from half a glass of water
- 8 tbsp margarine
- 2 adet yumurta
- 1 and a half cups powdered almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tea cup ready chocolate sauce

 

Preparation

Add the flour to a bowl and add the granulated sugar, margarine, egg, powdered almonds, vanilla and baking powder. Knead until the material misses. Divide the dough into meringues and open it on a flat floor with a thickness of 4 mm. Remove the rolls from the dough with a cup of water. Cut the middle of half of the dough with a smaller, heart-shaped mold. Arrange them all on a lightly oiled baking tray. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until pink. After cooling, place the biscuits in pairs (the ones you cut in the middle will top). Mix the sides of the cookies with chocolate sauce, fill them with cherry jam and serve.
